OIG Submits Semi-Annual Report to Congress
The Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) provided its Semiannual Report to Congress. This document summarizes its activities for the 6-month period ending on March 31, 2020. Among other things, this report highlights the OIG’s work on combating opioid-related fraud, as well as a summary of its strategic plan on preparing for and responding to the current public health emergency. CMS Adjusts Innovation Center Models
CMS is engaging in an ongoing effort to provide new flexibilities and adjustments to its Innovation Center payment and service delivery models in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency.
